Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the continental United States, meaning the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other United States territories, or APO and FPO military addresses, and we do not ship internationally. If you are outside that area, email hello@garnishlabpb.com and we will let you know when it changes.

When your order ships

Everything is cut, dried, and packed by hand in small batches in West Palm Beach, Florida. Orders usually leave within two to three business days. During the holidays it can run a little longer, and we will say so on the site rather than let you wonder.

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates

Standard, $8.00. Standard on orders over $50, free. Express, $15.00. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Weather and shelf life

Dried garnishes are shelf stable and sealed airtight, which is the entire point of them. They do not need refrigeration or cold packs, and heat in transit will not spoil them. Stored somewhere cool and dry with the seal closed, they keep for months.

If an address is wrong

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is incorrect, email hello@garnishlabpb.com immediately and we will fix it if the order has not shipped. Once a package has gone to an incorrect address we cannot recover it, though we will help you work out what happened.

If a package is delayed or lost

Carriers occasionally lose track of things. If tracking has not moved in seven business days, email us and we will open a trace and sort it out with you.
