Our products
Garnish Lab makes small batch dried garnishes by hand. Because every piece is cut from whole fruit, color, size, and thickness vary from one wheel to the next. That variation is a feature of a hand-made product, not a defect.
Made in a cottage food operation that is not inspected by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Allergens and dietary information
Our products are dried fruit and nothing else. They are produced in a home kitchen that is not certified allergen free. If you have a serious allergy, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot guarantee.
Nothing on this site is medical or nutritional advice.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in United States dollars and can change without notice. We do our best to keep the site accurate, but if an item is listed at the wrong price or described incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor an obvious error.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or cannot fulfil it.
Availability
Batch sizes are limited by what one pair of hands can make. Items can sell out. If something you ordered becomes unavailable we will contact you and refund it.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity that happens under it. Tell us if you think something is wrong.
Our content
The Garnish Lab name, logo, photography, and written content belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking. Ask, and we may well say yes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Garnish Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order it relates to. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
